Cripes, the snow is here and the whole world seems to get on with it but the UK grinds to a halt.
What is it with this country? Well I'll tell you.

The UK has Snowy weather so infrequently, spending money on an infrastructure to deal with heavy snow is just not worth it.

I for one am enjoying the snow this time around. My daily commute to the office (for office read garage) was in need of little extra excitement. Sam however is LOVING the snow as this is the first time he's been old enough to enjoy it. The forecast is for more snow overnight and I'm looking forward to watching all the cars trying to get out of the street (up a slight hill) in the morning.

Finally for today I have to share something that Phoebe told me as she was getting ready for bed. "Daddy, without any greenhouse gasses our planet would freeze.". I was quite gobsmacked. Proud and gobsmacked at the same time. I've just realised that they're repeating the catastrophe series on Saturdays on more4. I'll have to Sky+ it for her and so she can see the snowball earth one. Do you think she's two young to grasp Sunday's programme on Charles Darwin?
